For any short-notice inquiries (less than 7 days), please give us a call.
We connect with your family regarding your needs.
We reach out to our staff to find the best match.
Once a sitter has confirmed their availability, we finalize the placement, including a signed contract and placement fee.
Upon finalization, you will receive the sitter’s profile for review.
The “week of” their assignment, your sitter will send you a text to introduce themself and confirm their arrival date and time.

What is your recommended sitter to child ratio?
Ratios vary by age and group size, but our goal is to staff above the typical caregiver-to-child ratio, ensuring extra supervision and peace of mind for families.
