    • For any short-notice inquiries (less than 7 days), please give us a call.

  2. We connect with your family regarding your needs.

  3. We reach out to our staff to find the best match.

  4. Once a sitter has confirmed their availability, we finalize the placement, including a signed contract and placement fee.

  5. Upon finalization, you will receive the sitter’s profile for review.

  6. The “week of” their assignment, your sitter will send you a text to introduce themself and confirm their arrival date and time.
